Several customers have requested development of the Vision Tilt product. This product was developed several years ago and with the help of a camera that was calibrated against the wheel edge of the band saw, the system solution detected and adjusted the band saw blade to be correctly placed on the band wheels. The advantages of a camera solution are that the user can see how the placement of the band saw blade is positioned in real time.
This of course facilitates checks and troubleshooting when servicing and calibrating the equipment.
We listen to what our customers want and do a lot of uplifting on this old lady, who in the future will be named Vision Tilt 2.0.
