New system Vision Control – SAW is now installed in the log-taking saw group. In connection with this installation, the existing Vision Control – SAW will also be updated, with a new program for the correction function. VCCorrection calculates and keeps track of the different saw pattern done with different sawblades. and corrections become unique, for each saw pattern. This function helps the sawmill with correct measurements, in which case the position sensors would be non-linear. Some alignment errors can also be handled, for example in band saw groups, with more than 2 band saws.
